Ryan Oleski leads Three Twenty-One Capital Partners’ Denver office and is primarily responsible with sourcing new opportunities and expanding the firm’s special situations relationships. Ryan’s responsibilities extend to financial analysis, market and buyer research as well as deal support for Senior Bankers and clients alike
Prior to 3-21, Ryan was the VP of Acquisitions at Summit Investment Management, a principal purchaser of distressed commercial debt. His responsibilities included heading up marketing initiatives, sourcing debt acquisitions, providing customized capital solutions for distressed middle market companies and underwriting loan portfolios.
Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Colorado and is an active member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI).
Jason joins Three Twenty-One Capital Partners as an Operating Partner on the firm’s Advisory Platform. Jason has 20+ year as an entrepreneur, experienced restructure and turnaround expert. Jason also has assumed positions as board member, Chairman and CEO of companies in transition and is a relied upon advisory expert for private equity backed, institutional and founder owned enterprises.
Most recently Jason led the $277M bond financing and restructuring of Maryland Proton Treatment Holdings and Treatment Center.
Jason is the founding member and Managing Partner of Antson Advisors, a Baltimore based advisory firm focused on increasing capabilities for companies facing sales, operational, financial or human capital growth challenges through interim C-level and/or advisory work.
Todd joins Three Twenty-One Capital Partners as an operating partner and frequent Co-Advisor on the firm’s Digital Transformation and Technology transactions. Todd is a 20+ year entrepreneur, business owner, investment banker and business finance advisor. In addition to M&A advice and investment banking activities, Todd has been a founding investor, board member or part of the management team of several business ventures.
Todd is the founding member and Managing Director of Potomac Business Capital.

Peter supports Three Twenty-One Capital Partners’ deal teams through a variety of tasks including, but not limited to; research, modeling, and due diligence collection and dissemination. Peter oversees site inspections and leads Three Twenty-One Capital Partners’ outbound marketing efforts.
Prior to joining Three Twenty-One Capital Partners, Peter gained experience in management and marketing with both professional and entrepreneurial endeavors, heading research and sales efforts for property management and services businesses.
Peter is a recent Graduate from The University of Maryland, College Park with a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a strong interest in Data Analytics and Computer Science. Peter has a passion for soccer; he played competitively through high school and is a huge fan of Chelsea Football Club.

Devin supports Three Twenty-One Capital Partners in all stages of an engagement, from inception to closing. His primary responsibilities include due diligence, financial analysis, identifying and contacting potential buyers, investors and lenders and creating marketing materials. Devin works hand-in-hand with clients to guide them through their transaction.
Prior to Three Twenty-One Capital Partners, Devin was an Analyst at Citigroup in the Equity Derivative Structuring and Interest Rates Trading divisions. Devin priced and issued more than $200M of structured notes on behalf of Citi and co-managed over $100M of government bonds.
Devin is a CFA© charterholder and a graduate of the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park. He holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Accounting.

Tim manages the firm’s Technology and Growth Equity engagements and is an active participant on every Three Twenty-One Capital Partners engagement.
Tim joins Three Twenty-One Capital Partner after serving as Vice President at ABS Capital Partners, a leading growth equity firm. Tim’s primary focus at ABS was growth equity investments in technology-enabled business services, financial services, education services and healthcare companies. At ABS, Tim worked closely with growth companies around all aspects of enhancing their businesses through growth, strategy refinement, governance, operational and compensation structure optimization, expansion, and ultimately exit.
Prior to joining ABS Capital, Tim was an Associate in the Consumer and Business Services Investment Banking Division of Oppenheimer & Co. and an Analyst in the Consumer and Business Services Investment Banking Division of CIBC World Markets. Prior to joining CIBC World Markets in 2005, Tim worked as an Associate in the Assurance and Risk Advisory Group at KPMG.
Tim’s corporate finance experience includes M&A transactions, capital raising transactions, and public securities offerings, having executed many transactions in the business services, consumer products, and retail industries.
Over his career, Tim has completed over 30 deals representing over $8 billion in transaction value.
Tim is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate with honors from the Loyola University with a BBA in Accounting.

Erik manages the firm’s Consumer and Business Services engagements and leads Three Twenty-One Capital Partners’ deal teams, overseeing all aspects of the firm’s engagements including, but not limited to due diligence, financial analysis, memorandum creation and deal structuring.
Prior to joining the firm, Erik was an Executive Director in Oppenheimer’s Consumer and Business Services Investment Banking group, a former Director at CIBC World Markets and Analyst with Deutsche Banc Alex Brown.
Erik’s transactional experience spans the consumer products, retail, technology, e-commerce, direct marketing, manufacturing, rental services, professional services, and restaurant sub-sectors. Erik has represented distressed businesses, growth companies, sponsor-backed and founder-led businesses.
Past clients have included companies such as Bare Escentuals, The Brickman Group, Southern Season, TroverCo, Carbonite, Connolly Consulting, Constant Contact, Contigo, Design Within Reach, Jarden and Vitacost to name a few.
Erik graduated with highest honors from the University of Notre Dame with a BBA in Finance and Computer Applications. Erik is a is a CFA© charterholder and an active member of the ABI and TMA.

Ervin is the Founder, CEO and Senior Managing Director of Three Twenty-One Capital Partners.
Ervin manages the firm’s portfolio of engagements, interacting directly with clients, investors and Three Twenty-One Capital Partners’ deal teams.
Throughout his career, Ervin has been featured in industry publications providing financial insight on various U.S. Industry Sectors and the M&A Landscape. Ervin has completed over 120 transactions and consulting engagements with a concentration on founder-led businesses.
Ervin sits on the board of directors for The Maryland Proton Treatment Center and has held director positions for international manufacturing concerns, as well as interim C-level positions.
A relied upon valuation, process and sales expert in U.S. Bankruptcy Courts, Ervin frequently is called to testify in contested matters involving valuation and process.
Ervin graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Management and Marketing and is an active member of the ABI and TMA.

Colleen leads the firm’s marketing efforts. Colleen combines her experience in sales and marketing with her degree in Social/Behavioral Sciences to create targeted marketing programs tailored to each client. Colleen further manages due diligence dissemination and confidentiality compliance.
Colleen continually develops and improves the firm’s ability to quickly and confidentially market our clients, using traditional and emerging marketing channels.
Colleen graduated with honors from the University of Maryland and holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Science and Human Resources.
